BODY FIT TRAINING

BFT (Body Fit Training) is a science-backed, coach-led group training program designed to deliver real, long-term results. With a focus on strength, cardio, and functional fitness, every 50-minute session is built by elite exercise scientists and led by expert coaches to ensure maximum impact for all fitness levels.

CARDIO

High intensity, sweat inducing fun. Our cardio sessions are progressive, so instead of pounding away at the treadmill, you are working towards improving your performance whilst burning fat & building strong cardiovascular fitness!

& STRENGTH

Strength is the true foundation class for all of our BFT programs! Not only do these classes build overall strength through our compound lifts, but they are also designed to build lean muscle that will decrease your chance of injuries. You will be able to increase the amount of weight you are lifting as you learn to move and lift with proper form.
